Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Customer Service! The lights on our hot tub quit working. We called the number, for the Warranty. We had to call 11 times, before we could get anyone to answer the phone, and then was told that we would have to call a local repairman who would work on the hot tub. That repairman stated that he only did warranty repairs on certain days, so he was two months out. So we booked appointment. They never showed up. We called back to the main number, and they stated that there was nothing that they could do, they did not have anyone in our area. Some good the warranty did. So, we have to repair it ourselves. I am making sure everyone knows how terrible your company is.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best jet system I've ever used We've had our spa for a tear now. It has been trouble free, and we use it on a regular basis... several times a week. The jet system is excellent; great for lower back and the foot jets are really powerful. Improvements I would like to see are related to the control panel. I wish there was a way to turn off the light. We are not into the LED lighting system in the tub; we never turn that on. But there is no way to turn off the light on the panel itself. we drape a black cloth over it to block the light and improve the view of the night sky. The other complaint is the inability to increase the temperature > 104 F. There are times when we'd like to bump it up a degree or two, but the controller is maxed out at 104.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a Happy Camper!!! I like the many different jets & the lights. However, I am having a problem with a leaky pump & cannot seem to get anyone to answer my calls about getting it fixed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Value with room for improvement I like the tub overall. Good lighting, tons of jets and good overall seating comfort. They few drawbacks I see is that with this tub, you do not get full jets to each seat at the same time. If you want full jets to any seat, you are pulling jet power away from other seats on that pump and valve. And when you do divide the power to comfortably jet all seats (not full power to any seat), the diversion valve makes a lot of noise. A LOT OF NOISE. Also none of the valves are very adjustable with the jets on---too much resistance. So for women and children to adjust the diversion valves, the jets need to be off to lessen the resistance to easily turn the valve. Annoying. I've had mine for 18 months now and can say the pumps and plumbing all work without leaks and trouble. However, The lighting feature is fouling up. I can only get red, red or red on the selector. It blinks red or is solid red or fades out and back like original choices, but only in red. I will be very disappointed if I have to buy a new control panel after only 18 months. I live in Colorado and the tub lives outside. It seems to protect itself from the cold and maintain water temp really well. I do look forward to getting in the hot tub after a grueling day of hunting or snowmobiling.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Try before you buy! Very nice hot tub; still getting used to all the jets and how they work. Can not use all of them at the same time so one person has all or nothing. Very loud when on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hot Tub Under the Stars ... Twilight Series We just purchased the Twilight 8.2 Master Spa this weekend at the show in Everett, WA. We are excited about the size, layout, neck jets and foot jets that this spas has. We enjoyed our purchasing experience with John. We are already getting our tub delivered today and excited to start using it. Thank you again to our sales person for your attention to our needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We don't know how we lived without it! Since we got out spa it has become part of our regular daily routine. I have a little arthritis in my lower back and it just relaxes it away. Once you have one of these, you won't know how you lived without one before!

For every hour the spa is in filter mode, how long do the pumps actually run? How long do you recommend running the filter cycle for a spa that's heavily used?

Asked by: shanert75
Hello! When the spa goes into a filter cycle it will run each main pump for about five minutes. The reason for this is to purge the stagnant water out of the waterlines of the spa. After this the pump that runs circulation will run for the duration of the filter cycle. If you have a dedicated circulation pump then the filter cycle is practically unnecessary since that pump will run all the time anyway. Typically, we would recommend that you would only need to run the filter cycle for about two hours. Thanks for asking!

Thank you! However the symbol for music is not outlined so you can’t push it. I’m able to push every other button but this one. I tried holding it down thinking it may be locked but nothing. What can you actually do with this function anyway?

Asked by: Cajun123
Hi again! If the topside control is not allowing you to access the Bluetooth portions of the menu, then you will need to contact your dealer about having a servicer come out to figure our why the stereo is not communicating with the mother board and topside. Thanks for asking.

I just hooked up my hot tub I’ve read through all the manuals I can’t seem to figure out how to hook up my Bluetooth

Asked by: Cajun123
Hi Sherri! On the bottom left hand side of your touch screen, you will see a little music symbol. If you press that, it will take you to another page that displays the control for the Bluetooth. On the screen you will see a power button. Press that and the screen will say “Powering Up” and then it will say “Discoverable”. Once that comes up, you go into your phone and turn on the Bluetooth and look for PPGME60 on your phone. When you click on it, your phone will ask for a password. The password will either be 6000 or 60BT depending on the unit in the spa. Hope this helps!

I am interested in the TS 8.2 and I am having a patio installed now and I need the electrical requirements, so I can have the proper power / receptacle or breaker installed. Are paving stones OK or is a concrete slab preferred?

Asked by: tony1212
Hi Tony! When your new spa is filled with water and bathers, it may weigh as much as several tons. It is imperative that the base beneath the spa can support the entire weight. The spa must be on a uniformly firm, continuous, and level surface. The recommended foundation is a concrete pad with a minimum thickness of four inches with steel reinforcement bars crossed throughout the pad. Here is the link to the electrical requirements: https://www.masterspas.com/documents/240v-electrical-requirements.pdf Hope this helps!

What material is this spa made out of? Can it ne sat in grass?

Asked by: rome
Most of our spas are made out of acrylic supported by fiberglass with a wooden frame. The Getaway line is made out of a hard plastic material. For either one, we recommend putting them of a harder surface than grass to make sure that the spa is supported properly. Thanks for asking!
